Pete was trained by Vidal Sassoon & has quickly risen to the top of his game within the Achille Group. Pete has been newly promoted to Salon Manger of Banbury after spending three years in our Leamington Spa Salon where he built up a tremendous reputation. This is a whole new challenge for him and it will see him working with some of the industries most experienced hairdressers. Pete eats & breaths hair and is always striving to push himself to new limits to create that extra something special.

Matthew Grant is the latest Graduate Stylist to take centre stage...
Matthew has been in our flagship salon since leaving school. He's always known he wanted to be a hairdresser from a very early age. Having completed his apprenticeship with flying colours, this has only fueled his addiction to becoming a great hairdresser. Matthew is multi-talented when it comes to hair, being able to offer his clients both cutting and colouring work.

Natalie Pohlman is our resident Beauty Therapist...
With over 5 years of working experience, Natalie has been based in our flagship salon since January 2009. Having always known she wanted to be a part of the beauty industry, she leapt at the chance to go to Oxford College and after that went straight into working full time. Since joining Achille, Natalie has widened her range greatly by using Jessica, Guinot, St Tropez and Phd products. Her speciality is waxing and Guinot facials.
